Record Interval: Select this feature and configure the settings below to record video clips when doing an activity on a timed interval. (i.e.: every 1, 2 or 3 minutes)

Save clips to device: When selected, video clips will be saved as separate files to your device.

Interval Length: Select the interval length for your activity including rest and review time. (i.e.: every 1, 2 or 3 minutes on the minute)

Video Clip Length: Use this to select the length of video clip you would like recorded from the start of each interval. (Tip - Select a setting that is long enough to record all your activity, consider that later sets may require additional time as you fatigue)

Play clips in slow motion: Turn this feature on if you would like to see the video clip played back in slow motion. The clip will still be saved at normal speed when this is used. After the clip is played the playback will resync to the selected video delay

sho.me user experiences

Ben, Olympic Weightlifter - “I set the video delay to 20s during my warm up sets so that i can see if i’m moving well. Then, when i start my working sets, I turn on the interval settings. As i work up in weight i use the slow motion review to see if my bar path and timing are smooth. When i get to my heavier sets i use the interval settings and save the files so that i can review them later with my coach.”

Kyle, Crossfitter - “I’ve been setting up with a video delay of 30s when working on cleaning up my mechanics in gymnastics movements. It’s been helpful to see where my timing is off and when my form starts to breakdown as i fatigue.”

Paul, Hockey Player - “I’ve been trying to improve my hockey stickhandling skills. I’ve set up some plastic ice in my basement and use sho.me to review technique between drill sets.”

Jen, Powerlifter - “I always video my lifts but it’s been nice to see my sets without searching through my phone. Using the interval setting with the slow motion review made it easy to see that i was doing a small bounce at the start of my squats, and keeps me honest about timing my sets."

Audrey, Golfer - “I’ve been setting it up when I’m at the driving range to make sure I’m rotating through my swing properly. Usually set the video delay to 20s so that I can review my setup and stroke.”
